The 28 Day Soul Coaching® Program, created by Denise Linn, is a practical, safe and deeply transformative program, allowing you to hear and honour your Soul's truth - your own inner wisdom. With Certified Soul Coach, Bec Nelson, you will be guided on a spiritual journey of authentic self-discovery, echoing back to the ancient wisdom of the mystery schools, "know thyself". 

Soul Coaching® is a unique Path of the Heart, based on indigenous and ancient metaphysical traditions working with the wisdom and healing power of the elements: Air (mental), Water (emotional), Fire (spiritual) and Earth (physical).  Contemplation, laughter and a deepening of your own spiritual connection will infuse the program.  

While emotional healing can occur and you can begin to achieve the goals that you desire, Soul Coaching® is neither therapy or life coaching. By clearing the mental, emotional and physical clutter, the Soul Coaching® program takes you to the deepest wisdom within the 'heart of yourself', spring-boarding you into living your future of possibilities.

WHO CAN DO THIS PROGRAM?
The Soul Coaching® Program is designed for all ages of people from all walks of life. Whether you are just beginning your personal journey or are a sage, this program is flexibly designed to meet you where you are.  

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
If you are based in Melbourne, Australia we offer the Soul Coaching® Program through either Group participation or Individual Programs based on your personal learning preferences, lifestyle or location.  (options listed below)  Soul Coaching® Online  (Coming Soon!) will be available where-ever you are in the world.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO COMMIT?
Flexibly designed around your personal schedule and willingness to commit to yourself, there are three varying levels of daily participation. Level 1: Committed to Change (15-30 minutes), Level 2: Going for It! (30-60 minutes) and Level 3:  Playing Full Out (take as long as you want!)  

HOW DOES THE SOUL COACHING® PROGRAM WORK? 
Together through heartfelt conversations, sacred guidance, journeywork and laughter you will be empowered to release old patterns that no longer serve your highest and best good. Practical, fun and thought provoking exercises will help you to free and de-clutter your mind, body, spirit and soul. You will receive a Soul Coaching® manual with daily affirmations and exercises and additional tools to assist your journey of the soul. You will be compassionately supported through email, live chat or phone/skype support.

Each week of our 28 day program is dedicated to the ancient healing wisdom of the elements of air, water, fire and earth.  
  • Days 1-7:  Essence of Air - clearing our Thinking Self from mental clutter
  • Days 8-14:  Essence of Water - releasing our Emotional Self from inner baggage
  • Days 15-21:  Essence of Fire - inspiring our passions to align with our Spiritual Self
  • Days 22-28:  Essence of Earth - creating a healthier inner and outer home for our Physical Self.

Soul Coaching® 
Group Program


Our Group Soul Coaching® Programs are facilitated by Certified Soul Coaches, Bec Nelson and Kirrily Frost.  We will meet for 8 sessions - weekly for 5 weeks (7 sessions), with a  group  followup session a month later. 

Please see our Current Group Program Details. We offer this program in Melbourne, Australia. Our group sizes are kept small, so intimacy, healing and fun prevail. 

You will experience 28 hours of specialised mentoring and guidance, daily exercises and affirmations, handouts, meditations, a Soul Quest (including a celebration lunch) and email/live chat/phone or skype support.

Soul Coaching® 
Individual Program


Participation in our Individual Soul Coaching® Program is ideal if you would prefer working one on one or your schedule doesn't suit our group programs. Our sessions will last 1.5-2 hours and we will meet weekly for 5 weeks.

Working one on one gives you the focussed opportunity to transform what is most important to you. This is your time!

You will experience 10 hours of personalised guidance and mentoring, handouts, daily exercises, affirmations,  meditations and support throughout the program via email, live chat or phone/skype.

You can begin anytime!

Soul Coaching® 
Online


If you are not able to attend a group or individual program in the Melbourne area we will soon be offering Soul Coaching Online. 

This is the ideal option for you if you love the sanctuary of your own home, live anywhere in the world or simply prefer the online experience.

You will be personally supported throughout your program through email, live chat, phone and/or skype.
