We recognise and honour the importance of your privacy. Any information we receive from you will be treated as strictly confidential. If you sign up up for our newsletter, you always have freedom to unsubscribe at any time.
Your information will not be rented, sold, traded or passed onto others, unless we have your express consent to do so and/or are required by law. Your phone number/s are used only for calls responding to your questions, for addressing issues with orders or in response to requests you have made. Our email list remains with Sweetwater Alchemy. We will preserve the contents of any e-mail message you send us, if we believe that we have a legal requirement to do so. If you wish to discuss any aspect of this policy, please contact us.
PAYMENTS
Payments received by credit cards or paypal provided to us are for the purposes of settling payments incurred by you through appointments, products or events. Data is not stored and is destroyed on completion of each transaction.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any appointments, workshops, events or programs. If we cancel and you do not wish to reschedule with us, we will give you a full refund. We do not offer refunds for unattended workshops, events or programs. However, we will transfer your deposit to another workshop, event or program less any supplies pre-purchased by us. Special consideration is given at our discretion, if you contact us prior to the workshop, event or program and we acknowledge your request by email or phone. Some workshops may require a non-refundable deposit. This information will be clearly available at the time of your booking.

Also, when you visit our site, our web server automatically recognizes your ISP domain name, but not your email address or any other personal information about you that is not offered voluntarily.
In order to keep our site user-friendly and efficient, we also gather data and analyze information that tells us how visitors, in aggregate, use our site. That means, we collect information about how visitors as a whole move through our site, rather than analyzing information about you as an individual customer.
How we use email After you place an order on our site, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive this confirmation only if you have correctly provided your email address (required) during checkout. We do not store any credit card information on the Perelandra web site.

They allow you to retrieve information about previous orders you've placed online with Perelandra. And, they allow you to leave and return to your shopping cart for a 24-hour time period. A cookie also allows us to gather non-personal information about how visitors move around and use our site. We do not use cookies to gather any other data from your computer. The only personal data we obtain is what you voluntarily provide when placing orders and making requests.
