Sweetwater Holistic Coaching

The Soul Coaching® Group Program will be facilitated by Certified Soul Coaches, Bec Nelson and Kirrily Frost. We will meet for 8 glorious sessions (including a Soul Quest and Celebration Lunch) over a 5 week period with a followup session, one month after our program completes. 

You will experience over 28 hours of transformative guidance and coaching, a Soul Coaching® manual with daily affirmations and exercises, special tools for your journey, handouts, journeywork and be supported through email, live chat and phone/skype support.

   Session 1:   7:30-10:30pm: Introduction to the Elements of Nature
   Session 2:   7:30-10:30pm:  Essence of Air - clearing our Thinking Self from mental clutter
   Session 3:    7:30-10:30pm:  Essence of Water - releasing our Emotional Self from inner baggage
   Session 4:   7:30-10:30pm:  Essence of Fire - inspiring our passions to align with our Spiritual Self
   Session 5:   7:30-10:30pm:  Essence of Earth - creating a healthier home for our Physical Self 
   Session 6:   7:30-10:30pm:  Reviews and Conversations
   Session 7:   10am-6pm:  Soul Quest and Celebration lunch
   Session 8:   Followup evening a month later, to be determined by the group

VENUE 
The Gallery, 63 Yarra St, Warrandyte (Melbourne, Australia) The Gallery is located at the corner of Yarra St and Police St - next to the Warrandyte Cafe.

WHAT TO BRING
Comfortable clothes, pen and notepad, a willingness to go on an adventure to the 'heart of yourself' and have some fun getting there.
